Free estimate
We will send you a free estimate based on your initial brief and requirements discussed during the free consultation (see above). This estimate is usually a rough figure calculated on the costs of similar projects we have created.

Retainer
Once you give us the go ahead to do your project we will require a small deposit (a retainer) from you to start the design process. This deposit represents the design fee shown on the quote.

Design & Quote
If you are interested in working with us we will issue you with a detailed quote during the design phase. Our quotes break down where your project money will be spent in the following areas being: Design, materials, production, installation labour and delivery costs.
The figure shown on the quote is normally what you will pay for your project to be completed. There are no hidden costs. If you want to make any changes after the first quote is approved during the Design phase these will still be considered and re-quoted for.
Once the quote is issued you can make further changes (eg: adding drawers, a mirror, etc) and an updated quote will be issued once the final design is approved by you. To be clear, any potential changes deviating from your original brief may well impact the initial estimate you were given depending on the extent of any additional changes.
Instalments
There are normally three instalments which are payable at the following moments during the project:
1. First Deposit
(Before production starts)
When we are ready to enter the production phase we will require a first deposit (usually 50% of the whole project cost) to buy the agreed materials required to build your bespoke unit and allow us to start the workshop labour.

2. Second Deposit
(On completion of workshop production)
The second deposit is due once we have competed the build of your unit in the workshop.
