THE SATISFACTION OF MAKING

Your bespoke furniture will come to life during the production phase. We work locally in a dedicated fully equipped workshop in large premises in North London  See map

Our experience as furniture makers allow us to work professionally and efficiently and to look for solutions for each technical problem we may encounter. We are problem solvers that is why we love what we do!

WE LIKE CHALLENGES

We welcome new challenging projects. Because we make our bespoke furniture ourselves we can innovate, change our work processes and go into alternative directions to produce your project. We always follow industry standards to build our clients furniture.

TECHNIQUE MATTERS

We continually invest in new tools and machinery to make our production processes ever more efficient, though generally nothing replaces good old carpentry skills. It is all about finding the best option for the optimum result. You are welcome to visit us during the production phase to follow the progress of your project. (By appointments only)

1. Material order

On receipt of your first deposit we will order the material needed for your project. We source the majority of our material from our trades-only suppliers which guarantees the best quality at fair market prices.

2. Construction and assembling

Each and every component of your furniture project is cut to the millimetre ensuring accuracy and we store and move all parts carefully during the construction process to limit their exposure until delivery.

Once the components have been cut and prepped, we start assembly in our workshop to check that each element will fit and match. This phase allows us to make any adjustments necessary before onsite installation.

3. Finishes

Once assembly of the project in our workshop is complete, we disassemble the unit so each part can be individually finished. The components that require specific finishes such as oiling, spray painting or lacquering can be treated individually. Our workshop is also equipped with two spray-booth cabins allowing us to have full control over the finishes..

4. Storage and loading

Once dried, the components of your project will be wrapped and stored until the agreed delivery day. Depending on the size of your unit and the access space to your home or building, we decide to either ‘flat-pack’ your furniture or have it re-assembled prior to installation if logistics allow.

We will keep you informed of our progress during the production phase. The installation phase can start when we have completed the build of your units in the workshop.
